Who we are

"Clubul Informaticii Economice - CyberKnowledgeClub"(CKC) is a non-profit organization that serves as a bridge between universities and IT companies, public organizations and NGOs. CKC was founded in 2012 by members of the Computer Science Department, Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Romania.

The main objective of CKC is to define and promote projects that speed-up the process of educating young IT specialists. CKC aims to define, experiment and implement new ways to transfer knowledge to students in the field of Information Technology.

What we do

The mission of CKC is to train IT specialists in order to cover the deficit that exists on the labor market. In order to fulfill its mission CKC defines, promotes and implements projects in partnership with IT companies, public organizations and NGOs.

CKC organizes educational. scientific and social activities for professors, researchers and students active in the area of Computer Science in major Romanian, European and international universities.

These activities include educational projects, scientific research projects, extracurricular courses, workshops, contests, programming, scientific conferences, scientific communication sessions, internships, continuous training, career consulting and others.
